With a spirit that illuminated the darkest nights, Ronnie Anthony Anzaldua soared into the hearts of all who knew him. Born on April 2, 1984, in McAllen, TX, Ronnie Anthony was a beacon of love and joy, a creative soul who had a knack for making the ordinary extraordinary. A lover of music and the great outdoors, he found peace in the serene whispers of the night, a nyctophile who found beauty in the darkness and shared it with those around him. His green thumb breathed life into plants, mirroring his ability to nurture and cultivate love in his relationships.\n\nRonnie Anthony led a fulfilling life as a forklift operator in the warehouse industry. However, his true passion was his family, which he often expressed was the most important thing to him. His loving nature extended far beyond his work, into his role as a husband, father, stepfather, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was a pillar of strength and humility, an independent yet down-to-earth person who extended his heart of gold to anyone or anything around him. His wife Cecilia fondly recalls, "no matter the situation or judgement he went through, he had a heart of gold that loved endlessly."\n\nAs a devout Catholic, Ronnie Anthony's faith was a guiding light in his life. In the words of Matthew 5:16, "In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." Ronnie Anthony truly lived this verse, his light touching all who knew him. He leaves behind his loving wife Cecilia and children Lyric Anthony Anzaldua, Lucian Aadrik Anzaldua and step-children, Carlos Alberto Ortiz "Charlie", Cristine Amri Ortiz and Carolina Audrey Ortiz. His father Cecilio Anzaldua, and his mother Carmen Nieves, brother Andre Anzaldua and sister Maricela Anzaldua along with a host of other family members and friends who will miss his infectious laughter, his spirited personality, and his boundless love.\n\nAs we remember Ronnie Anthony Anzaldua, we invite you to share your memories and photos on his memorial page.
