Robert was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend. He shared 26 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Mary Jane Rodriguez, and took great pride in his family.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Rodriguez; his children, Venessa Serna, Marcus (Samantha) Rodriguez, and Jacob (Megan) Quijas Rodriguez; his mother, Carolina Rodriguez; his sisters, Lillie (Ruben) Ruiz and Letty Rodriguez; his nieces, Nikki (Andy) Hsieh, Clarisa De La Garza, and Rebekah (Kevin) Iski; and his nephews, Marc (Kalin) Muniz, Jay (Erika) Rodriguez, John Rodriguez, and Norberto Montalvo III.

He was preceded in death by his father, Juan A. Rodriguez.

Robert enjoyed life’s simple pleasures. He loved eating good food, spending time fishing, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. Above all, Robert was a man of strong Methodist faith whose love for God and family guided his life and touched those around him.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
