He is survived by the mother of his children Bertha Alicia Olivares; daughters and sons Maximo Olivares, Jr., Xochitl Yadira Recio, Maria de los Angeles Olivares, Alicia Ivette Olivares, Gabriel Olivares and David Olivares; his grandchildren Ricardo Recio, Jr., Adrian Recio, Kayla Lee Recio, Ricardo Roberto Diaz, Jr., Anthony Amsedel Diaz, Maximo Olivares, III, Brandon Olivares, Betthany Olivares, Jose Luis Olivares, Gabriel Olivares, Jr., Gael Olivares, Gerardo Olivares and David Olivares, Jr.; great grandchildren Adrian Recio, Jr., Alina Recio and Brandon Olivares, Jr. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home in Chapel in Mission with a prayer service to be held at 7:00 p.m. A chapel service will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home in Mission with burial to follow at Lord and I Cemetery.
