With heartfelt sorrow, we announce the passing of Juan Antonio Cisneros Sr. on January 24, 2024. Born in Matamoros on May 20, 1960, Juan's journey took him to places such as El Realito, Fargo, and Houston before he found solace and a sense of community in McAllen, Texas. Upon retiring from a dedicated career as an electrician in construction, he was able to spend more time indulging in his love for fishing, gardening, and lending a supportive hand to loved ones in need.\n\nJuan exemplified loyalty, consistently prioritizing his family above all else. His wife, Alma Cisneros, was his unwavering support and the love of his life. As the cornerstone of his family, Juan's paramount concern lay in his wife's and children's achievements. Juan Jr., Miguel, Daniel, Carlos, and Veronica brought boundless pride to their father, whose heart overflowed with joy at witnessing their remarkable accomplishments. His legacy of affection, commitment, and encouragement will endure within their hearts. A mass will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024, at 10:00 am CST at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 306 South 15th Street, McAllen, Texas, 78501.
