Eloy Eduardo Castilleja Obituary (1964 - 2023)

Eloy Eduardo “Woofer” Castilleja, 59, of McAllen, Texas, passed away on November 17, 2023. He was born in Edinburg, Texas on August 26, 1964. Eloy was preceded in death by his father Jose R. Castilleja and is survived by his mother Dominga Castilleja, siblings: Edna (Ralph) Dougherty, Nora (Jesse) Muniz, Jose “Joey” Castilleja, Liana (Trinidad) Gonzalez and 4 nieces and 8 nephews. Eloy was a jack of all trades, he spent his time as a diesel mechanic, HVAC technician, and electrician. Eloy was an avid reader and loved his dogs and baseball. A Celebration of Life will be held on November 25 at 4 p.m. at The New Life Family Church on 2109 W. Nolana Ave. in McAllen, Texas. May “Woofer” rest in peace.
