Anna Maria Segundo

Anna Maria Segundo, 74, of Mission, TX, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on July 5, 1952, in Mission, TX, Anna Maria was the daughter of Antonio and Victoria Borrego. She lived her life with grace, kindness, and an unwavering devotion to those she loved. Known for her warm smile, loving heart and dedication as a schoolteacher, she brought joy and comfort to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years Raul Segundo, Sr.; her beloved children, Raul (Erica) Segundo, Jr., Delilah (Joel) Lopez; her cherished grandchildren, Jeremy, Sophia Anna, Joel Toribio, Adelina Jolene, Santiago and Soledad; and her sister, Carmen Borrego, numerous nieces and nephews, along with a large circle of extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply. She was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Victoria Borrego, and her siblings Estela Garza, Lydia Limon, Arturo Borrego, Antonio Borrego, Jr., Efrain Borrego, Irma Borrego, Evangelina Garcia, Jose Borrego and San Juanita Segundo.

A visitation will be held on October 28, 2026, from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at Ric Brown Funeral Home, 701 East Interstate Hwy 2, Mission, TX. A Funeral Mass will take place on October 29, 2026, at 11:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 620 Dunlap Ave, Mission, TX. Interment will follow at San Jose Cemetery, 1229 S Stewart Rd., Mission, TX.
