EDINBURG – Lillian E. Kotzur, 74, passed away on July 24, 2017, at Solara Hospital in McAllen. Lillian was a 1961 graduate of Falls City High School. She was a loving wife, mother and a very proud grandmother. She was an active member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in McCook. Lillian was employed by the Edinburg School District for 19 years, as a paraprofessional and worked at McCook and De Zavala Elementary School.
Lillian was preceded in death by her husband Gabriel E. Kotzur; parents John and Tesia Jendrusch; siblings Edmond Jendrusch, Chester Jendrusch, Fabian Jendrusch, Marvin Jendrusch, and Irene Jendrusch.
She is survived by her children Carl Kotzur of McCook, Mark Kotzur of McCook, Darian (Theresa) Kotzur of Edinburg, Karen Kotzur of San Antonio; grandsons Darren John Kotzur, Chase Vincent Kotzur, and Chad Gabriel Kotzur. She is also survived by her siblings Gladys (Otto) Waclawczyk, Lucian (Norma) Jendrusch, Catherine (Hilmar) Hildebrand, Ernest (Aileen) Jendrusch and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 28, 2017 from 5-9pm with a 7 pm rosary at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in McCook. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at 10am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in McCook. Burial will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in McCook.
