Adolfo Sanchez

MISSION – In loving memory of Adolfo Sanchez, born on September 26, 1930 to Maria de Salinas Sanchez and Jose Maria Sanchez.  Adolfo was married to Socorro Garcia Sanchez for 54 years.  He served in the Army and National Guard for numerous years and eventually went on to retire from the Sharyland School District after working there for 21 years. Adolfo was a very hard working man and instilled those values in his children and his grandchildren.  He will be dearly missed. He was the father of Sonia de la Garza, Adolfo Ruben Sanchez Jr., Jose Maria Sanchez and Alberto Sanchez, grandfather of Mariel de la Garza, Michael de la Garza Jr., Patricia Sanchez, Adolfo Ruben Sanchez III, Anthony Sanchez, Adrian Sanchez, Loryn Sanchez, Joanna Sanchez, Jose Maria Sanchez Jr., Priscilla Sanchez, Alberto Sanchez Jr and Steven Sanchez. He had nine great grandchildren. Visitation will begin today, Friday, March 4, 2016 from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary service at 7 p.m. at Ric Brown Family Funeral Home of Mission. Church services will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Mission at 10:30 a.m. with a burial to follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission, TX. Services are under the direction of Ric Brown Family Funeral Home in Mission.
